The job role requires an enthusiastic, detail oriented individual working in the Sales Order Processing (SOP) Department. The role involves providing high quality sales support to our sales team and our resellers in the Netherlands and Benelux as a priority and supporting customers in Eastern, Western and Central Europe. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Freshdesk is kept up to date – tickets are categorized and being actioned by order processing team.
  • Process Orders which include:
    • Checking pricing on POs
    • Inputting lines in webCRM
    • Announcing orders and sending PBD links where necessary
    • Setting up necessary recalls for Installations and Order Fulfilment Teams
  • Managing inbound and outbound telephone/email activity.
  • Managing of team shared mailboxes (Freshdesk).
  • Filing and keeping paperwork in order.
  • Assist in maintaining confirmation email templates for all languages and various iTS Offices, Includes “on hold” and “PBD” templates.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for iTS Employees on ad hoc basis.
  • Ensure data is as accurate as possible in webCRM.
  • Handle queries from Order Processing Team and escalate if necessary.

You may be required to carry out other work within the company from time to time as we must be flexible and adapt to market conditions and customer requirements.

 

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Good communicator with excellent telephone manner.
  • High level of spoken/written Dutch and English.
  • Previous customer care experience is essential.
  • Ability to self-learn and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Supporting head of Marketing in organising projects.
  • Collaborate with head of marketing, product manager and sales team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist is desirable but not essential.
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organised with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) is desired.

SaaS Telesales Executive

Are you looking for an internal sales role in an exciting, fast-paced environment, offering uncapped commission and OTE of 35K?

Working from our office in central Harrow (Middlesex) you will be offering innovative software solutions to schools, colleges, universities, public libraries, government institutions and corporate customers in the UK as well as selected areas of Europe. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from researching sales opportunities, organising software trials, issuing quotes to ultimately closing the sale.

Thorough product training will be provided, backed up by comprehensive presales and technical support. In time the role offers opportunities to expand your career into online software demonstrations. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers, investigating their needs for our software products, ascertaining their available budget and persuading them to download and try our software.
  • Sending quotes to interested potential customers via our CRM system (webCRM)
  • Achieving high quality activity targets (70 phone calls minimum per day)
  • Generating at least £12,000 of gross profit in each calendar month.
  • Generating referrals for our external Area Account Managers to demonstrate iTS software solutions (including MyPC and R&R (additional product portfolio), in return receiving 1/3 of the profit towards your target if the sales closes.
  • Accurately maintaining customer data on our CRM system.

 

The Specifics:
Contacting potential customers in the education (schools, colleges and universities), corporate and government (public libraries and councils)investigating their needs for our software products, ascertaining their available budget and persuading them to purchase the solutions and being able to demonstrate them. 

  1. Persuading a minimum of 25 customers per month to trial our SaaS based solutions (Primary Product Portfolio for this role) which are:
    1. evalyou8
    2. 9to5
    3. rezzervi
  2. Targeting and partnering with companies that can potentially utilise evalyou8 within their own solutions such as CRM and Helpdesk systems suppliers/developers; creating strategic reseller partnerships.
  3. Service all incoming requests for the above product portfolio
  4. Refer a minimum of 5 customers per month for area account managers for our additional portfolio products which include:
    1. MyPC
    2. R&R
    3. PaperCut
    4. LanSchool
    5. DeepFreeze /PowerSave 
  5. Demonstrating software products online where required. 
  6. Sending quotes to interested potential customers via our CRM system (webCRM)

Technical Support Consultant (Spanish Speaking)

Job Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support via the helpdesk, by telephone, email, remote assistance and onsite visits where required.
• Installing and supporting software to a large international customer base. 
• Occasionally travelling to customer sites in Spain to perform onsite installations and training. This may involve staying away from home for a few days. 
• Working closely with the support team across Europe.
• Troubleshooting and replicating customer issues in-house in virtual test environment.
• Performing online demonstrations and webinars when required.
• Software and hardware technical support for internal staff.
• Supporting internal infrastructure and services.


Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Support Consultant

Ben je op zoek naar een uitdagende functie als Technical Support Consultant in een snelle werkomgeving? Deze functie vereist een enthousiaste, detail georiënteerde persoon met een 'can-do' houding die technische ondersteuning van hoge kwaliteit kan bieden op onze Managed Print en Scan oplossingen zoals: PaperCut, Umango, Princity, DocSlide en andere producten uit ons portfolio.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het bieden van technische ondersteuning via de helpdesk, per telefoon, e-mail, hulp op afstand en onsite bezoeken waar nodig.
  • Het installeren en ondersteunen van software bij een groot internationaal klantenbestand.
  • Af en toe reizen naar locaties van klanten in de Benelux-regio om ter plaatse installaties en trainingen uit te voeren. Dit kan betekenen dat je een paar dagen van huis wegblijft.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met het support team in Europa.
  • Oplossen van problemen en repliceren van klantproblemen in een virtuele testomgeving.
  • Assisteren bij presalesvragen en indien nodig technische ondersteuning bieden bij salesbezoeken.
  • Beantwoorden van technische en functionele Presales vragen.
  • Het uitvoeren van online demonstraties en Webinars wanneer nodig.
  • Creëren en uitvoeren van hands-on technische trainingen & workshops.
  • Het helpen met technische ondersteuning voor intern personeel op zowel de software als hardware die door het bedrijf wordt gebruikt.
  • Het ondersteunen van de interne infrastructuur en diensten.

Vereiste vaardigheden en ervaring:

  • Goede gesprekspartner met een uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Hoog niveau van gesproken/geschreven Nederlands en goed niveau van Engels.
  • Eerdere ervaring in de klantenservice is een pre.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Windows Server en Client platformen, Active Directory en Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Ervaring met virtuele serverplatformen en Azure is een pluspunt, maar niet essentieel.
  • Ervaring met Apple MAC en Linux is ook een pluspunt, maar niet essentieel.
  • Ervaring met oplossingen voor print- en kopieerbeheer, zoals "Papercut" of scanoplossingen, is gewenst.
  • Goede technische ervaring en vaardigheden op het gebied van troubleshooting en het oplossen van problemen.
  • Vermogen om zelf te leren en complexe problemen op te lossen.
  • Goed kunnen omgaan met werkdruk.

Managed Print Solutions Partner Business Manager – Benelux

Dit is een uitstekende mogelijkheid om aan de slag te gaan bij een innovatief internationaal softwarebedrijf met circa 150 medewerkers wereldwijd. Deze functie is gebaseerd op werken vanuit ons kantoor in Leusden Benelux of werken vanuit je thuiskantoor in je eigen regio in Nederland, afhankelijk van je locatie.

De functie biedt uitstekende mogelijkheden voor een snelle carrièreontwikkeling voor de juiste kandidaat die uitblinkt in sales, partner management en consultancy, met doorgroeimogelijkheden naar een managementpositie. Deze partner management/sales functie biedt een zeer aantrekkelijk OTE inkomen, zonder limiet op commissie.

Dit is een channel sales rol waarin de strategische doelen en doelstellingen van iTS worden uitgevoerd. Als Partner Business Manager ben je het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor iTS partners en hun eindklanten. Je moet in staat zijn om sterke relaties op te bojouwen en deze om te zetten in positieve verkoopresultaten. Je krijgt uiteraard een grondige en volledige industrie- en producttraining, en wordt goed ondersteund door onze sales, pre-sales en technische teams.

Taken/verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Deze functie is gefocussed op Nederland en omvat regelmatig reizen. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit het iTS kantoor in Leusden of vanuit je thuiskantoor, afhankelijk van je locatie.
  • Je bereikt jouw maandelijkse doelstellingen door jouw partners najouw te beheren, cross-selling, hen aan te moedigen om met ons samen te werken en hen te helpen belangrijke contracten te sluiten.
  • Je werft, verhoogt en beheert het aantal partners in je regio door gebruik te maken van sociale media, cold-calling en andere methoden om in contact te komen met potentiële partners en hen aan boord te krijgen.
  • Je beheert jouw partners om verkoop te genereren voor PaperCut MF / NG / Hive, Princity Umango, Docslide, Easy.Doc.Print, Willow en iTS hardware-oplossingen.
  • Je geeft verkoop- en producttrainingen aan nieuwe partners en traint bestaande partners periodiek om ze op de hoogte te houden van de nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
  • Je houdt alle klant- en partneradministratie nauwkeurig bij in ons CRM-systeem (webCRM).
  • In samenwerking met ons marketingteam verstuur je regelmatig promotiemateriaal, brieven en e-mails.
  • Je informeert jouw partners over nieuwe functies en producten zodra deze beschikbaar komen.
  • Je werkt samen met jouw partners en verstuurt Not-for-Resale licenties en stelt Proof of Concepts op met een proeflicentie indien nodig.
  • Je stuurt uitnodigingen naar bestaande en toekomstige partners voor webinars, conferenties en tentoonstellingen.
  • Je geeft webinars aan partners om iTS-oplossingen en -diensten te promoten, te informeren en te onderwijzen.
  • Je assisteert de iTS Marketing Afdeling met de content en doelgroep voor e-mail shots, de iTS website(s) en direct mail campagnes, om je bedrijf te helpen groeien.
  • Je staat ter beschikking van jouw partners om te helpen bij meetings met klanten, het maken van offertes en het beantwoorden van technische en functionele vragen.
  • Je zult onze partners motiveren om hun eigen offertes te genereren, maar als ze dat niet kunnen, helpt u hen om offertes te maken. Je helpt je partners altijd om te controleren of hun eigen offertes kloppen, maar identificeert ook mogelijkheden om waarde toe te voegen aan hun eindgebruikers.
  • Je laat jouw partners zoveel mogelijk met je samenwerken en te betrekken bij lopende projecten. Je ondersteunt hen in hun meetings en gesprekken en geeft softwaredemonstraties wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je neemt deel aan de maandelijkse verkoopvergaderingen (online) en elk kwartaal in iTS-kantoren in heel Europa.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen administratie.

 

Gewenste vaardigheden en ervaring:

De belangrijkste vaardigheden die essentieel zijn voor deze rol zijn onder meer:

  • Ervaring in verkoop en verkooponderhandelingen .
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in de (MPS) printmarkt.
  • Ervaring met het leggen van nieuwe contacten via social media en/of sales calls.
  • Sterk zakelijk inzicht.
  • Bewezen succesvolle staat van dienst in verkoop en bedrijfsontwikkeling.
  • Uitstekende gesproken en geschreven communicatie (zowel Nederlands als Engels)
  • Ervaring in het managen van partners heeft de voorkeur, maar is niet essentieel, op voorwaarde dat de kandidaat een uitstekende staat van dienst heeft in directe verkoop.
  • Ervaring in het demonstreren en verkopen van software oplossingen of een ander technisch product.
  • Vermogen om flexibel te zijn, maar ook om onder druk te werken vanwege de aard van deze functie.
  • Vermogen om hoge kwaliteit en snelle klantenservice te leveren met een focus op de juiste oplossing.
  • Positieve houding en bereidheid om te leren en te ontwikkelen binnen een groeiende organisatie.
  • Zelfdiscipline met het vermogen om efficiënt, onafhankelijk en als onderdeel van een team te werken.
  • Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office, met name Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams en Outlook wordt verwacht, evenals ervaring met het gebruik van een interne database of CRM-systeem.

Technical Support (German and English Speaking)

Based in Düsseldorf or elsewhere in North-Western Germany

Are you looking for a challenging Technical Support role working in a fast-paced working environment?

If so, this is an excellent opportunity to develop and grow your technical skills and join our friendly Technical Services team in a progressive international software house. The role is to provide technical support and carry out installations throughout the DACH region. This role is either based working from our office in Düsseldorf or working from your home office in the north-western region of Germany.

This role requires an enthusiastic, details orientated individual with a 'can-do' attitude who can provide high quality technical support for our Managed Print and Scan Solutions (PaperCut, Umango, Princity and DocSlide) and other products in our portfolio. We need someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills and has excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support via helpdesk, telephone, email and remote assistance.
  • Installing and supporting software across a large international customer base.
  • Occasionally travelling to customer sites in the DACH region to perform onsite installations and training. This may involve staying away from home for a few days.
  • Working closely with the support team across Europe.
  • Troubleshooting and replicating customer issues in-house in a virtual test environment.
  • Assisting with presales queries and providing technical backup for sales visits when required.
  • Answering presales technical and functional queries.
  • Performing online demonstrations and webinars when required.
  • Creating and running hands-on technical workshops.
  • Helping with technical support for internal staff on both the software and hardware used by the company.
  • Supporting internal infrastructure, including the showroom and other services.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience of working with customers in a support environment is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of spoken and written German and good level of English.
  • Experience of Microsoft Windows Server and Client platforms, Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Virtual server platform and Azure experience is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Exposure to Apple Mac and Linux is also a bonus, but not essential.
  • Previous experience of managing printers is desirable.
  • Good technical experience and skills in troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Ability to self-learn and resolve complex issues.
  • Good organisational skills with good memory and an eye for detail.
  • Must be able to cope well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent timekeeping.

Managed Print Solutions Partner Manager – Germany

This is a great opportunity to join a progressive international software house (circa 100 employees worldwide). This role is based working from our Düsseldorf office (preferably and depending on location) or working from your home office in Germany.

There is an excellent scope for rapid career progression where the right candidate would excel into account management and consultant positions as well as management. This is an OTE sales role that offers uncapped commission.

This is a channel sales role that involves implementing strategic goals and objectives of iTS, act as the main point of contact for iTS partners and customers, build strong relationships with them, with a key focus on sales / presales. Thorough industry and product training will be provided, backed up by comprehensive presales and technical support teams.

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • This role is based in Germany and will involve regular travel across the DACH region. The role will be based working from the iTS Dusseldorf office.
  • To achieve monthly sales targets by managing and encouraging resellers to perform.
  • To recruit, increase and manage the number of resellers across the region by cold-calling and liaising with potential partners.
  • To manage partners/dealers and generate sales for, PaperCut (MF, NG, Hive and Pocket) Princity Umango, DocSlide and iTS print and copy control hardware.
  • Actively provide sales and product training to new resellers and periodically re-train existing ones.
  • Always maintaining customers’ and resellers’ records accurately within our CRM system (webCRM).
  • Regularly sending out promotional literature, letters, and emails.
  • To educate and inform resellers of new features and products as they become available.
  • To maintain dealer price lists and send out new pricing when applicable.
  • To send out Not-for-Resale licences and set up trials when required.
  • To invite existing and prospective customers and resellers to conferences and exhibitions.
  • Deliver monthly webinars to partner resellers in order to educate and promote iTS solutions and services.
  • To assist the iTS Marketing Department with the content and target audience for email shots and direct mail campaigns.
  • To assist the iTS Marketing Department with the development of content for the iTS and iTS Print and Copy Control web sites (www.its-group.com, www.printandcopycontrol.com).
  • To assist resellers with the completion of tenders and the answering of technical / functional questions.
  • Generating a high level of quotations and checking pricing when requested.
  • Demonstrating software to resellers’ end-user when required.
  • Attending monthly sales meetings online and in iTS offices located throughout Europe.
  • General Administration.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in sales negotiation.
  • High capacity and extensive experience of making outbound sales calls (cold calling).
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proven successful track record.
  • Superb spoken and written communication (both German and English).
  • Experience in managing a large number of resellers is preferable but not essential providing that the candidate has an excellent record in direct sales and especially in lead generation and negotiation.
  • Experience in demonstrating and selling software solutions or another technical product is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Experience of the print and copy dealer industry is preferable but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible due to the nature of this job role.
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service with attention to detail.

UK Internal Sales Account Manager

Harrow, London | OTE £40k

Are you looking for an internal sales role in an exciting, fast-paced environment, offering uncapped commission and OTE of 40k? 

If so, we offer an excellent opportunity to utilise your advanced communication skills and join the small, friendly, internal sales team of a progressive international software house.

Working from our office in central Harrow you will be offering innovative software solutions to schools, colleges, universities, public libraries, government institutions and corporate customers in the UK as well as selected areas of Europe. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from researching sales opportunities, organising software trials, issuing quotes to ultimately closing the sale.
 

Thorough product training will be provided, backed up by comprehensive presales and technical support. In time the role offers opportunities to expand your career into online software demonstrations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers both in the education and corporate sectors, investigating their needs for our software products, ascertaining their available budget and persuading them to download and try our software.
  • Sending quotes to interested potential customers via our CRM system (webCRM)
  • Achieving high activity targets (70 phone calls minimum per day)
  • Generating at least £12,000 of gross profit in each calendar month.
  • Making qualified appointments for our external Area Account Managers to demonstrate iTS software systems (including MyPC and R&R, in return receiving 1/3 of the profit towards your target if the sale closes).
  • Accurately maintaining customer data on our CRM system.

Skills/Experience:

  • Have highly developed outbound sales experience
  • Thrive on high call volume, rapport building outbound calling
  • Offer advanced computer proficiency (inc. MS Office, and CRM software)
  • Be proficient in cold calling and lead generation
  • Have impeccable spoken and written English
  • Be a self-starter, ambitious and competitive
  • Be skilled in consultative selling techniques, forecasting and sales pipeline building
  • Provide proof of recent sales achievements and a stable career record

UK Field Sales Representative

Based Harrow, London | territory TBC

Are you looking for a sales role with excellent uncapped commission and a clear career path?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive international software house (112 employees worldwide).  Working from our office in central Harrow, you will travel throughout the UK (territory TBC (a Third of UK)), to present our range of software products to colleges, universities, public libraries, government institutions and corporate customers.

Thorough product training will be provided, backed up by comprehensive presales and technical support.

Focus will be on the following products:

MyPC
R&R

We already have a large number of customers but initially the focus will be on new business, with an increasing percentage of account management once established in the role. The sales values range from £5k to £40k (not limited to) with lead times from one to six months.

Through a combination of both online demonstrations and customer onsite visits you will present our software products, utilising your consultative selling skills to produce quicker sales and optimise cross selling opportunities.

Training and sales team meetings, etc. all take place at our company headquarters in Harrow. After establishing oneself in the role additional territory in Europe and USA will be given.

Job Requirements:

Ideally you will:

  • Be fully conversant with the solutions sales cycle (including cold calling and appointment making)
  • Experienced in cold calling potential customers to set up appointments for onsite visits and web demonstrations
  • Have extensive product demonstration experience
  • Offer advanced computer proficiency (including MS Windows, Office, and CRM software)
  • Bring software sales experience (3 years plus)
  • Experience in selling to educational and government markets is highly desirable
  • Have highly professional personal presentation skills
  • Be skilled in consultative selling techniques
  • Be accustomed to weekly travel
  • Provide proof of successful recent sales achievements and a stable career record
  • Be degree level educated or equivalent

In return we offer:

Salary depending on experience plus uncapped commission. Expected earnings are excess of £60k once established in the role. 20 days annual leave (increasing to 25).  Car allowance, contributory pension scheme and private health insurance.  A company notebook computer and mobile phone will also be provided.
