The latest v1.10.4 release has a number of new features and improvements to enhance the user experience with files and the Supply Information action.

What’s new?

Replace File option
We have added a Replace File option to allow for a smoother user experience in some situations.

  • When a file has been rejected in an Approve action, the user who added the file can replace it with a corrected/updated version.
  • When a file is in a Custom Task action, the performer of the custom task may wish to replace the file if they modified it outside Willow360 e.g., they added some comment text labels to it or translated it manually.

Supply Information – List option

  • When building forms in a Supply Information action you can now create selectable option lists.

The following issues have been corrected:

  • ODT to PDF conversion issues for certain files.
  • Approve action recorded twice in file history in certain circumstances.
