SaaS Telesales Executive

Are you looking for an internal sales role in an exciting, fast-paced environment, offering uncapped commission and OTE of 35K? 

If so, we offer an excellent opportunity to utilise your advanced communication skills and join the small, friendly, internal sales team of a progressive international software house.  

Working from our office in central Harrow (Middlesex) you will be offering innovative software solutions to schools, colleges, universities, public libraries, government institutions and corporate customers in the UK as well as selected areas of Europe. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from researching sales opportunities, organising software trials, issuing quotes to ultimately closing the sale.

Thorough product training will be provided, backed up by comprehensive presales and technical support. In time the role offers opportunities to expand your career into online software demonstrations. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers, investigating their needs for our software products, ascertaining their available budget and persuading them to download and try our software.
  • Sending quotes to interested potential customers via our CRM system (webCRM)
  • Achieving high quality activity targets (70 phone calls minimum per day)
  • Generating at least £12,000 of gross profit in each calendar month.
  • Generating referrals for our external Area Account Managers to demonstrate iTS software solutions (including MyPC and R&R (additional product portfolio), in return receiving 1/3 of the profit towards your target if the sales closes.
  • Accurately maintaining customer data on our CRM system.

 

The Specifics:
Contacting potential customers in the education (schools, colleges and universities), corporate and government (public libraries and councils)investigating their needs for our software products, ascertaining their available budget and persuading them to purchase the solutions and being able to demonstrate them. 

  1. Persuading a minimum of 25 customers per month to trial our SaaS based solutions (Primary Product Portfolio for this role) which are:
    1. evalyou8
    2. 9to5
    3. rezzervi
  2. Targeting and partnering with companies that can potentially utilise evalyou8 within their own solutions such as CRM and Helpdesk systems suppliers/developers; creating strategic reseller partnerships.
  3. Service all incoming requests for the above product portfolio
  4. Refer a minimum of 5 customers per month for area account managers for our additional portfolio products which include:
    1. MyPC
    2. R&R
    3. PaperCut
    4. LanSchool
    5. DeepFreeze /PowerSave 
  5. Demonstrating software products online where required. 
  6. Sending quotes to interested potential customers via our CRM system (webCRM) 
  7. Achieving high quality activity target (70 phone calls minimum per day) 
  8. Generating at least £12,000 of gross profit in each calendar month. 
  9. Accurately maintaining customer data on our CRM system. 
  10. Territory primarily includes UK, and can extend to North America and Europe in the future.

MyPC - MyPC is the leading web based computer reservation solution which provides complete control over shared computer resource usage.

R&R - R&R is a web-based resource booking solution that provides organisations with complete control over the resources they wish users to be able to book

PaperCut - Track, control and optionally charge for printing, copying, scanning and faxing. Reduce paper and toner usage, cut costs and minimise the environmental impact of printing.

LanSchool – creates a computer lab environment in classrooms, allowing teachers to remove distractions, demonstrate skills and monitor student activity.

PaperCut – is a feature rich solution that allows customers to control, track and reduce unnecessary printing. PaperCut is the market leading print management solution.

Deep Freeze – ensures that computers are returned to their original state upon every reboot, totally reversing any changes that the user may have made.

Power Save – monitors the amount of electricity used by computer equipment and reduces this by hibernating or powering down machines when not in use.

Securly – is the first cloud-based web filtering solution specifically designed for schools. It avoids some of the common problems associated with other filtering solutions such as over blocking of content and also provides cyberbullying monitoring and self-harm alerts.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • The key skills essential for this role include:
  • Have highly developed outbound calling sales skills.
  • Have impeccable spoken and written English.
  • Be experienced in cold calling, appointment making, and arranging trials.
  • Offer advanced computer proficiency (inc. MS Office, and CRM software).
  • Be a self-starter, ambitious and competitive.
  • Be skilled in consultative selling techniques.
  • Provide proof of recent sales achievements and a stable career record.
