R&R includes automated reports on usage, allowing you to specify the information required, as well as the staff that should receive it.
Instructions and reminders
R&R can issue a selection of reminder and confirmation emails when reservations are made. These also include overdue reminders when items are not returned on time so the item is made available for other users as quickly as possible.
Room availability display module
R&R enables users to view room availability and book through a web browser or mobile app. The optional display module supports QR code generation, allowing users to quickly scan and check a room’s availability.
Optimise room usage
In addition, users can check in and out by entering a PIN on screen, allowing rooms to be made available for others when no longer in use.
