Is the contract management tool a separate module?
No, the contract management tool is included with the Onelog Base product.
Does Onelog work with iPhone/iPad and Android?
Yes, the Onelog Mobile module provides app based support for iOS, Android, and MacOS devices.
What web-based resources can Onelog connect to?
So far, we have not encountered any web resources that Onelog cannot connect to and monitor. As a result, we believe that Onelog can manage anything that runs in a web browser.
Is there a limit to the number of resources our firm can add to Onelog?
No, Onelog allows unlimited resources to be managed by the system. There are no licensing restrictions or added costs as the number of managed resources increases.
What browsers does Onelog support?
Onelog supports Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox web browsers.
Is Onelog a proxy server solution?
No, Onelog is not a proxy server solution. It uses the internet connection available on the user’s computer to connect to online, web-based resources.
Does Onelog work with VDI\Shared Desktop environment?
Yes, Onelog is compatible with Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop and Windows Terminal Server.
What web server does Onelog use?
Onelog uses Microsoft IIS running on Windows Server.
What database management system 〈DBMS〉 does Onelog use?
Onelog uses Microsoft SQL Server.
Can the Onelog modules be purchased separately?
Yes, Onelog base is a requirement, you can then add any additional modules your organisation needs.
Is a client required to use MyPC Cloud?
Yes if using computers for reservation, if using rooms or desk you can optionally use a display to show availability or check in.
Do you have scheduled maintenance periods?
Routine maintenance for the MyPC (Cloud) server will be performed as needed, typically on Mondays from 7 AM to 10 AM GMT. This may include software updates, security patches, and performance optimisations. Please be advised that temporary downtime may occur during these periods.
Can I offer bookings for a group of users on certain resources?
Yes our booking rules feature offers a flexible and granular approach to allowing or restricting access to rooms, computers or desks.
What authentication is support?
We currently support MyPC Cloud local users, Entra ID and Library management system* please contact us for more information on supported library management systems.
Do I need a dedicated computer to book?
No MyPC Cloud booking, and administration is web-based.
How is my data protected?
MyPC Cloud uses encrypted communication channels to protect your data.
Do you offer queuing in MyPC Cloud?
Queuing is available for computers in MyPC Cloud.
Can I force users to check-in to their rooms or desk?
Yes if you enable the option to require Check-in for rooms and desks then you will need to use a display or guide users to check via a web browser.
What booking types do you support?
When using Computers we support immediate, advance, book with staff and queuing. When using rooms or desks we support advance booking either by the user or staff.
What happens if I am late for my reservation?
When using Computers a No Show time is set which is the grace period to login to your booking before it is cancelled. When using Rooms or Desks if you use the Check In option then a No show time is configured like the computers to clear the booking.
Can I book from a mobile device?
Yes MyPC Cloud adopts a mobile first approach to its web pages. There is a progressive web app that can be used on Android and iOS devices.
Can the MyPC web interface be customised?
The interface can be modified. The areas that can be customised are the logo and colours on the booking grid.
Does MyPC support any other languages besides English?
Yes, MyPC is a multilingual product and supports French, Spanish and German. If you require support for another language please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can I send messages to users whilst they are using a MyPC controlled machine?
Yes messages can be sent via the MyPC web interface. These can be predefined messages or free text. MyPC can also remove the ability for administration staff to send free text.
Some of our sites have different opening times? How does MyPC handle this?
With MyPC you can apply different opening and closing time per site or location.
Do I need any separate software to run the reports?
No, MyPC administration and reports creation/viewing is all web-based. MyPC has preconfigured reports which can be simply run from the web interface and exported into various formats.
Can MyPC offer queuing where users join a queue and then wait for the next available PC?
Yes MyPC supports queuing.
Can users book themselves onto MyPC controlled PCs?
MyPC booking interface is web based and users can simply make the booking for themselves. MyPC includes policies to restrict the amount of time and how many times users can book PC by day or week.
Can staff block book computers?
MyPC allows for the block booking of PCs and the ability to make booking recurring if required.
Can I ban users in MyPC?
MyPC allows administration staff to ban users from accessing MyPC controlled PCs in particular locations or across all locations. Giving this power to MyPC administration staff lessens the need to call IT technical support to disable a user's access to the network.
Can MyPC bookings be made via Smartphone’s and tablets?
MyPC provides support for booking via compact browser by the introduction of a simple booking interface.
What end-user authentication does MyPC support?
MyPC supports end-user authentication against your network directory such as Active Directory, EntraID, LDAP or Library Management system. If your directory is not listed please contact us to discuss your needs.
Does MyPC support Virtual desktop environments?
MyPC supports virtualised desktop environments running Windows 10 authenticating against Active Directory and Public Library management systems. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can MyPC show availability of MyPC controlled PCs?
MyPC introduces the availability monitor which shows the available number of MyPC controlled PCs per site/location. We also include a Resource State API which allows the creation of your own availability screens.
Do we need to buy separate systems for each department?
R&R uses departments to determine who can use resources and who manages them. As your requirements grow, you can add departments within the same system at no extra cost.
Is there a limit to the number of resources R&R can handle?
Whether you have a myriad of resources or just a small number to manage, you can benefit from R&R’s extensive feature set. We offer both unlimited licences as well as per-resource pricing.
Is R&R a modular product?
R&R provides everything you need to manage an unlimited variety of bookable resources. If this includes rooms you can add the optional Room Availability Display Module, which uses a tablet mounted outside a room to display reservations throughout the day.
Is R&R a cloud-based solution?
R&R is installed on a server at the customer’s site. Supported servers include Microsoft Server 2016 and higher, together with a Microsoft SQL database (2012 and higher including the free Express editions).
Which web browsers does R&R support?
Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari.
What can I book with R&R?
You can define anything as a bookable resource, and set how many minutes, hours, or days it can be booked for. Typically audio-visual, computer, musical and sports equipment, R&R is also used to reserve studio time, rooms, and even staff (for counselling sessions, private tutorials etc.)
Does R&R require a client installation?
As R&R is 100% web-based, you can access it from any computer or tablet without installing extra software or an app. It is also optimised for small screens when using cell phones.
How do users log into R&R?
R&R supports end-user authentication against your network directory (including Active Directory, Novell eDirectory or LDAP) or library management system. If your directory is not listed please contact us to discuss your needs.
Does R&R work with Citrix or Windows Terminal Server?
Yes, R&R is compatible with Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and Windows Terminal Server. R&R is a web-based solution and all that is required on the Citrix server or Windows Terminal Server is a web browser.
What is evalyou8?
evalyou8 is a feedback collection platform that allows organisations to gather and analyse customer feedback for individual team members through personalized feedback links. It helps improve service quality, recognise top performers and manage user insights efficiently.
How do I invite users to my organisation?
You can invite users by navigating to User Management → Invite User. You can invite individuals or upload a CSV file for bulk user onboarding.
How does feedback collection work?
Each user receives a unique feedback link. When shared (e.g., in email signatures), customers can click and leave feedback using smiley-based ratings (Happy, Satisfied, Poor), along with optional comments.
Can I customise the feedback form?
Yes, you can customise your feedback page under Organization Settings → Feedback Form Customiser. You can update the logo, background colour/image, icon styles, and feedback text.
Is feedback anonymous?
You can control this in the Feedback Settings. You may choose to collect name and email from customers, or hide those fields to allow anonymous feedback.
What languages does evalyou8 support?
evalyou8 supports English, French, German, Polish, and Spanish. Users can set their preferred email notification language in Personal Settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider, Stripe.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a free plan with few restricted accesses to the features. You can take subscription anytime to access all features.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Your subscription will remain active for a grace period of 7 days, after which access may be restricted until payment is updated.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Currently, we only offer monthly billing. Annual billing may be considered in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
How do I add or remove users from my subscription?
You can manage the user count in User Management. If you add users, the updated pricing will be reflected in your next billing cycle. If you remove users, your subscription cost will adjust accordingly in the following billing cycle.
What happens if I remove users mid-billing cycle?
Your current billing remains unchanged. However, your subscription cost will adjust accordingly in the following billing cycle.
Can I transfer my subscription to another account?
No, subscriptions are linked to the registered organisation and cannot be transferred to another account.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan or marked as expired based on your plan type.
Will I lose my data if I cancel my plan?
No, your feedback data will be stored for 90 days after cancellation. After this period, your organisation and data will be deleted permanently.
Can I group users by department or role?
Yes, you can assign Tags to users (like “Sales,” “Support,” “Engineering”) to enable filtered reporting in Leaderboard and All Ratings.
What are Admin Roles and Permissions?
Organisation Owners can promote users to Admins and selectively assign access to features like User Management, Organisation Settings, and Subscription management.
What is the Leaderboard?
The Leader board ranks users based on feedback scores (Happy = +1, Satisfied = 0, Poor = -1). It helps identify top-performing employees in your organisation.
How do Webhooks work in evalyou8?
Webhooks allow real-time feedback data to be pushed to third-party systems like CRMs or internal tools. You can configure webhook endpoints and manage them in Organization Settings → Webhook Settings.
What happens when I delete a user?
Deleted users can no longer receive new feedback, but their past feedback is retained for reporting purposes unless you remove it manually.
What if I need help or have a technical issue?
You can reach out to our support team at support@evalyou8.com. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
Can I reactivate my subscription after cancellation?
Yes, you can resubscribe anytime within 90 days to restore full access to your data.
How can I download my invoices?
You can download your invoices by navigating to the Subscription page and selecting the Manage Subscription option. This will redirect you to Stripe’s billing portal, where you can view and download all past invoices.
Do you charge taxes on subscriptions?
Taxes are automatically calculated by Stripe based on your location and applicable local regulations. The final pricing, including any taxes, will be displayed on the payment page.
Can I update my billing details?
Yes, you can update your billing information and payment method by using the Manage Subscription option on the Subscription page. This will redirect you to Stripe’s billing portal, where you can make the necessary changes.
Do you offer any discounts?
Currently, we do not offer discounts. However, we may introduce promotional offers or annual billing discounts in the future. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or checking our pricing page periodically.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is fully secure. evalyou8 follows industry-standard security practices, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication, and role-based access control. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not store any sensitive card information. We continuously monitor and update our infrastructure to ensure your data remains protected.
Do customers have to make an account to give feedback?
No, customers who provide feedback do not need to create an account. Each employee has a unique feedback link that can be shared (e.g., via email signature), and anyone can leave feedback using this link without logging in or signing up.

Will I be billed after I create an account?
No, creating an account is free and gives you access to our Free Plan with few restricted accesses to the features. You will only be billed if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan from within your account settings.
