Internal Account Manager

Working from our office in central Harrow you will be offering innovative software solutions to Higher Education, Public Libraries in the UK, USA as well as selected areas of Europe. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from researching sales opportunities, cold calling, organising software trials, demonstrating (online) and consulting and issuing quotes to ultimately closing the sale. You will also be given a customer base which you will need to account manage, cross sell and upsell to.

Thorough product training will be provided, backed up by comprehensive presales and technical support.

The Portfolio:

  • MyPC – is the leading web-based computer reservation solution which provides complete control over shared computer resource usage. (UK, Europe and USA).
  • R&R – is a web-based resource booking solution that provides organisations with complete control over the resources they wish users to be able to book. (UK, Europe and USA).
  • PaperCut MF – is a feature rich solution that allows customers to control, track and reduce unnecessary printing. PaperCut is the market leading print management solution.
  • rezzervi - room or hot desking space booking solution with no complicated configuration required as it is completely cloud-based.
  • LanSchool - Simple, reliable classroom management solutions that allow you to take control of technology in both remote and digital classrooms.
  • Faronics Solutions – The Ultimate Workstation Protection, reboot and restore solutions.
  • Securly - Cloud-Based Web Filtering & Safeguarding solution.
  • And any other products which become available on our product portfolio going forward.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers both in the education and corporate sectors, investigating their needs for our software products, ascertaining their available budget and persuading them to download and try our software.
  • Sending quotes to interested potential customers via our CRM system.
  • Achieving high activity targets (60 phone calls minimum per day) and 20 demonstrations per month.
  • Generating at least £13,500 of gross profit per month by selling the product portfolio listed and any other iTS products, as and when requested.
  • Working a minimum of 1 day per week to cover U.S. hours (N. America) from 12.30pm to 8.30pm or 1.00pm to 9.00pm with half an hour break. This will be effective after completing the training/probation period.
  • Demonstrating and consulting on our product portfolio listed above.
  • Researching new Marketing avenues for our product portfolio.
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries from calls/e-mails/leads and trial downloads.
  • Representing iTS at exhibitions and trade fairs - this may entail travel, nights away from home and weekends.
  • Acting as key contact within iTS for liaising with suppliers.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and approaching this opportunity as one's "own business enterprise".
  • Accurately maintaining customer data on our CRM system.

Specific territory across UK, North America and Europe will be defined during the interview process.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

Ideally you will:

  • Have extensive internal account management skills with a minimum of two years’ experience.
  • Have highly developed outbound sales skills.
  • Have impeccable spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Be experienced in cold calling, appointment making, demonstrating, and arranging trials.
  • Offer advanced computer proficiency (inc.MS Office, and CRM software).
  • Be a self-starter, ambitious and competitive.
  • Be skilled in consultative selling techniques, promoting products & services including demonstrating software solutions.
  • Be an active team player and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  • Have good organisational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Have the ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries.
  • Be patient and have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Have the ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Provide proof of recent sales achievements and a stable career record.

Channel Partner Manager – Stockholm, Sweden (Remote)

Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold-calling potential resellers in Sweden and other Nordic regions to sell, onboard and promote our range of other non PaperCut print.copy.scan solutions and other existing and new products on our portfolio.
  • Performing face-to-face and online demonstrations of our software to existing and potential resellers.
  • Visiting existing and potential resellers either alone or with our existing Nordic Channel Manager.
  • Utilising your consultative selling skills to encourage sales and uncover cross-selling opportunities.
  • Answering incoming reseller emails and phone calls – including functional and technical questions posed prior to a sale.
  • Ensuring that reseller enquiries are answered in a timely manner.
  • General administration
  • Using our CRM system to:
  1. Generate quotes
  2. Adding and managing new resellers
  3. Update notes and actions
  4. Training new resellers to generate their own quotations via our Pricing Wizard.

You may also be required to carry out other work within the company from time to time as we must be flexible and adapt to market conditions and customer requirements.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of sales negotiation and a self-starter who is eager to learn.
  • Experience from a B2B sales environment.
  • Proven sales management experience or the ability to grow into such a role.
  • The ability to demonstrate a clear sales strategy for the sales product portfolio.
  • Experience in demonstrating and selling software solutions or other technical products/solutions is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Experience of the print and copy dealer industry is preferable but not essential.
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service with attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish are essential. Other Nordic languages would also be desireable.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation.
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is expected as is experience of using an in-house database or CRM system.
  • Minimum one-year experience in a sales environment is required.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Understanding of software systems and/or networking software.

Managed Print Solutions Partner Manager – Germany

This is a channel sales role that involves implementing strategic goals and objectives of iTS, act as the main point of contact for iTS partners and customers, build strong relationships with them, with a key focus on sales / presales. Thorough industry and product training will be provided, backed up by comprehensive presales and technical support teams. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • This role is based in Northwest Germany and will involve regular travel across the DACH region. The role will be based working from your home office and occasionally from the iTS Dusseldorf office. 
  • To achieve monthly sales targets by managing and encouraging dealer & resellers to perform and increase revenue.
  • To recruit, increase and manage the number of resellers across the region by cold-calling and liaising with potential partners.
  • To manage partners/dealers and generate sales for, PaperCut MF, PaperCut NG, PaperCut Hive, PaperCut Pocket, Princity Umango, Docslide and iTS print and copy control hardware.
  • Actively provide sales and product training to new resellers and periodically re-train existing ones.
  • Always maintaining customers’ and resellers’ records accurately within our CRM system (webCRM).
  • Regularly sending out promotional literature, letters and emails.
  • To educate and inform resellers of new features and products as they become available.
  • To maintain dealer price lists and send out new pricing when applicable.
  • To send out Not-for-Resale (NFR) licences and set up trials when required.
  • To invite existing and prospective customers and resellers to conferences and exhibitions.
  • Deliver monthly webinars to partner resellers in order to educate and promote iTS solutions and services.
  • To assist the iTS Marketing Department with the content and target audience for email shots and direct mail campaigns.
  • To assist the iTS Marketing Department with the development of content for the iTS and iTS Print.Copy.Scan web sites (www.its-group.com and www.printandcopycontrol.com). 
  • To assist resellers with the completion of tenders and the answering of technical / functional questions.
  • Generating a high level of quotations and checking pricing when requested.
  • Demonstrating software to resellers’ end-user when required.
  • Attending monthly sales meetings online and in iTS offices located throughout Europe.
  • General Administration.
     

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in sales negotiation and relationship building. 
  • High capacity and extensive experience of making outbound sales calls (cold calling).
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proven successful track record.
  • Superb spoken and written communication (both German and English).
  • Experience in managing a large number of resellers is preferable but not essential providing that the candidate has an excellent record in direct sales and especially in lead generation and negotiation. 
  • Experience in demonstrating and selling software solutions or another technical product is essential but full training will be provided. 
  • Experience of the print and copy dealer industry is preferable but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible due to the nature of this job role.
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation.
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is expected as is experience of using an in-house database or CRM system.
