Channel Sales Support - Netherlands

This role is based working from our ITS Benelux office in Leusden - Netherlands.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive international software house working from our ITS Benelux office, Ruige velddreef 135, Leusden 3831 PG, Netherlands.

The job role involves providing high quality sales support to both our internal sales team and to our resellers in Benelux and Germany. Excellent written and spoken Dutch, German & English are essential. 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Monitoring the company's shared email box (via Freshdesk) to ensure customer queries are answered promptly.
  • Monitoring recalls in webCRM.
  • Quoting Customers/Resellers.
  • Training new Resellers to generate their own quotations via the Pricing Wizard.
  • Sales Process Support.
  • Order Process Support.
  • Taking messages for technical support when all engineers are on the phone or unavailable.
  • Answering incoming dealer sales calls when the given Dealer Manager is unavailable.
  • Helping with basic sales queries or taking messages where the request is more complex.
  • Testing card readers (full training will be given)
  • Assisting Partner Sales and Presales to grow the account base and increase partner acquisition.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the back-office team and external partners.
  • General Administration.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Requires the ability to work cooperatively with a team.
  • Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch, German & English.
  • Must have good organisational, written and oral communication skills.
  • Initiative and the desire to improve constantly.
  • Ability to value work and processes and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Assertiveness with an understanding of people.
  • At least intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency.
  • Understanding of B2B with commercial skill set.
  • Some technical knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential as on-going training will be provided.

 

Desirable: 

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Understanding of sales support.
