What is the average processor and memory consumption by the client?

On Average the Mirtrak Client uses very little resource, about 1% of the CPU and approximately 200 KB of memory (Virtual Memory included).

What client platforms are supported?

Mirtrak Client can be installed on machines running Windows operating system 2008 Server, Windows 7, Vista, Server 2003, XP Professional both 32bit and 64bit versions are supported.

Yes, we have many customers using it this way. A single client is installed and this monitors all the users who log on the Terminal/Citrix server. We have experience in this area and we can provide you support with the implementation if necessary.

Can Mirtrak track websites from portable browsers?

Yes, Mirtrak not only tracks the portable application which will appear in the application report, it will also track the web activity which will be available in the Timeline report.

Yes, Departments/ Locations can be created in the Mirtrak administration console which is web based.

Do I need any separate software to run the reports?

Mirtrak administration and reports creation/viewing is all web based. There is a requirement for Adobe Flash player to be installed where the reports are run (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)
